Montmorency Tart Cherry Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen Montmorency tart cherries, thawed and chopped
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced, seeds and ribs removed for less heat
- juice of one lime
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- salt to taste
- tortilla chips for serving
- baby gem lettuce leaves for serving
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until well combined. Serve with tortilla chips or baby gem lettuce leaves.
